BEFORE THE INTERVIEW

Preparation is a necessity. Familiarize yourself with the position for which you are applying. Then, make a link between your skills and strengths and the requirements of the position. Review lists of frequently asked interview questions. For behavioral interviews, prepare examples using the STAR or CAR technique.
